Going Back in Time

It seems to me that there comes a time when you have to look back briefly to the Past so you can move Forward with Greater Strength. This appears to be my time.



I've had many people tell me I need to write a book about my Journey to Wellness. I've started several times but then life gets in the way. Well just maybe Blogging is the place to start.



Why should I begin sharing My Wellness Journey with you? Well just maybe there will be something that will help you or someone you love Start or Continue on a Personal Wellness Journey. What I've learned and experienced my save you or someone you love, much pain, down time, or money.



I guess I need to start with a Disclaimer: This information is not to replace any medical treatment or medication prescribed by a professional. Please print and share what you learn with you care giver. Some questions to ask them: Is there anything in this that will hurt me? If you were in my place would you try this?



As I share different products, ideas or treatments take time to do you own research. You'll see how many times I have. You'll also see times of desperation when I just went with my instinct.



I won't be sharing much about what Medical Dr's have said about My Journey to Wellness. Why?

Because in 1990 after 30 plus years of an Illness Journey they gave up on my life. They said I had no hope to live. Death for me was not an option.



What I have to share will be the things I have learned so I COULD LIVE!!!! So I could LIVE with a Higher Quality of Life. So I could take care of Myself and Stand on MY OWN.



I have always been a FIGHTER. However, over the past 19 years I've learned move affective ways to Fight for Wellness.



I'll share my Plan of Action as well as the way I Work my Plan. As I Move Forward on My Wellness Journey I'll take quick glances back in time to share the things I've learned that WORK.
